Gugo - Botanical Hair Rinse
Gugo is a traditional Filipino botanical hair ritual made from the bark of the gugo vine. For generations, gugo has been soaked in water and used to cleanse and condition the hair and scalp.
When soaked, the bark releases naturally occurring saponins, creating a light, slippery cleansing infusion without conventional shampoo. The ritual leaves hair feeling refreshed, soft, and easier to comb while keeping the experience beautifully simple.
To use: Soak the gugo bark in water for approximately 1 hour. Strain the liquid, then use the infusion as a hair and scalp rinse. The same bark may be reused 3–4 times. Allow it to dry completely between uses.
The ritual: Soak • Strain • Rinse • Dry • Reuse
Ingredient: Gugo Bark.
For external use only. Avoid contact with eyes. Discontinue use if irritation occurs.
