At Buhay Botanika, every order is carefully prepared and packaged with intention. We want your botanical goods to arrive safely and beautifully.

Order Processing

Orders are typically prepared and shipped within 2–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

As our products are handcrafted in small batches, processing times may occasionally be longer during busy periods, holidays, or special releases.

If a significant delay occurs, we will make every effort to notify you.

Domestic Shipping

We currently ship within the United States.

Standard Shipping: $7.95
Free Standard Shipping: Orders of $70 or more

Free shipping eligibility is based on the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before taxes.

Estimated delivery times are generally 3–5 business days after shipment, depending on the carrier and destination. Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.

Please allow time for the carrier to update tracking information after your package has been accepted.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

If you notice an error in your address, please contact us as soon as possible at rachelle@buhaybotanika.com.

We cannot guarantee address changes after an order has been processed or shipped.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

If your package is delayed, missing, or arrives damaged, please contact us so we can help investigate the issue.

For damaged items, please retain the packaging and provide photographs when possible.

We will work with you to determine an appropriate resolution in accordance with applicable consumer protections.

Warm Weather Considerations

Some botanical products, including balms, body oils, and candles, may soften or experience changes in texture when exposed to elevated temperatures during transit.

Please retrieve deliveries promptly and avoid leaving packages in direct sunlight or excessive heat.

If your product arrives damaged or unusable, contact us so we can assist you.
