Buhay Botanika
At Buhay Botanika, each product is thoughtfully crafted in small batches with care and intention. We hope you love your purchase, but we understand that sometimes things don’t work out.
Returns & Eligibility
We accept return requests within 14 days of delivery for eligible products that are unopened, unused, and in their original condition and packaging.
To be eligible for a return, items must be accompanied by proof of purchase. Please contact us at rachelle@buhaybotanika.com before sending anything back so we can provide return instructions.
Items Not Eligible for Return
For hygiene and product integrity, the following items are final sale unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect:
- Handcrafted soaps
- Botanical salves and balms
- Body oils
- Lip balms
- Opened or used perfume oils
- Used candles or home fragrance products
- Gift sets containing opened or used items
- Custom or personalized products
Unopened, unused perfume oils, candles, and eligible home fragrance products may be returned within the 14-day return window.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at rachelle@buhaybotanika.com as soon as possible, preferably within 7 days of delivery.
Include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and photographs if available.
We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate resolution, such as a replacement, refund, or other remedy. Applicable consumer rights remain unaffected.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs on eligible change-of-mind returns.
If we sent an incorrect item or your order arrived damaged or defective, we will cover reasonable return shipping costs when a return is necessary.
Please do not send items back without contacting us first.
Refunds
Once your eligible return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund decision.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Original shipping charges are generally nonrefundable for change-of-mind returns.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you would like a different eligible product, please contact us about returning the original item and placing a new order.
